Children's and Teen Privacy Notice

1. Minimum Age

Budgefy is intended for users who are at least 13. Users under 13 should not create an account or use Budgefy. Users ages 13-17 must have parent or guardian permission.

2. Data Collected From Teen Users

For teen users with permission, Budgefy may collect the same categories described in the Privacy Policy, including account data, financial data, Plaid-linked data, manual entries, uploaded documents, AI prompts and outputs, course activity, subscription metadata, device data, and support messages.

3. How We Use Teen Data

• Provide budgeting, account, transaction, strategy, AI, course, and support features.
• Secure the account, prevent abuse, debug issues, and comply with law.
• Apply privacy protections and respond to parent or guardian requests where required.

4. Advertising

Budgefy does not intend to use known child personal data for behavioral advertising. Parents or guardians may contact us about privacy choices for a minor.

5. Parent and Guardian Rights

Parents or guardians may contact support@budgefy.app to ask about access, deletion, correction, or account privacy for a minor, subject to verification.
